Acceptance of Terms

By using Folio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact the publication author or platform support.

Authors retain ownership of content published on Folio. Subscribers may not redistribute paid content without explicit permission.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Folio is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
